The Journey Behind Embroprint

From a simple idea to premium embroidery — built with purpose, passion, and precision.

Shubham, Founder

Born in Bihar, Shubham always felt a deep pull towards the mountains. The calm, the people, and the slower rhythm of life stood in sharp contrast to the chaos of metro cities — and that contrast would eventually shape his journey.

By profession, Shubham is a software engineer who worked with companies like Accenture and NDTV. While the work was stable and prestigious, the 9–5 culture, constant pressure, and high-stress metro life never felt right. He didn’t believe life was meant to be lived inside traffic jams and deadlines alone.

So he chose a different path.

After leaving his job, Shubham set out on a solo bike journey across India — riding through cities, villages, coastlines, deserts, and mountains. He met people from every corner of the country, experienced India’s immense diversity firsthand, and documented his journey through videos.
Those stories resonated deeply — his content crossed 100 million+ views, and over 1 million people joined his channel to watch, listen, and connect with India through his eyes.

During this journey, Shubham reached Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh — and found something he wasn’t looking for: home.

He fell in love with the mountains and the people. Their warmth, honesty, and simplicity stayed with him. He made a bold decision — sold everything in Delhi, left the capital city behind, and settled in the mountains for good.

To stay connected with travelers from around the world, Shubham started a homestay called Dhauladhar Homes, hosting people from different cultures and backgrounds. Living closely with locals, he saw a real challenge — job opportunities in the mountains were limited, especially for skilled yet underrepresented communities.

That realization sparked action.

His first venture, Himalayan Store, was created to promote and sell local handicrafts and handloom products from across the Himalayan belt — Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Kashmir, Nepal, and Tibet. The goal was simple: give artisans a wider platform and create sustainable income opportunities in the mountains.

Then came another turning point.

Shubham discovered the potential of machine embroidery. With his background in technology and deep understanding of content marketing, he saw an opportunity — not just to build a business, but to create employment where it’s hardest to find. He invested in embroidery machines, designed unique patterns, and openly shared his journey online — starting a manufacturing business from a small village in Himachal Pradesh.

That idea became EmbroPrint.

What began as a single machine and an experiment in storytelling has grown into a full-fledged embroidery brand. Today, EmbroPrint processes over 10,000 orders every month and provides employment to 30+ people, many of whom come from mountain communities where jobs are scarce.

EmbroPrint is not an overnight success.
It is the result of years of exploration, risk-taking, learning, and belief — belief in craftsmanship, in people, and in building something meaningful beyond profit.

Every stitch at EmbroPrint carries more than thread.
It carries a story of freedom, mountains, and purpose.

This is EmbroPrint.
And this is just the beginning.
