Getting your logo embroidered is simple! Just follow these steps:

1. Upload Your Logo – Share your logo in the highest quality possible (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, or JPG).
2. Choose Your Garment – Select your preferred product, color, size, and quantity.
3. Select the Embroidery Size & Placement – Choose where you’d like your logo embroidered (Left Chest, Right Chest, Sleeve, Back, etc.) and the embroidery size.
4. Complete Your Order – Place your order and proceed with the payment.
5. Digitization & Approval – Our team will convert your logo into an embroidery file and send you a digital embroidery preview for approval before production.
6. Production Begins – Once you approve the design, we start the embroidery process.
7. Quality Check & Dispatch – Every product undergoes a quality inspection before being carefully packed and shipped.

Important Notes

• A one-time digitization charge may apply for new logo designs.
• Production begins only after your design approval.
• Minor variations are normal due to the embroidery process.
• This product is for logo embroidery only. Photo-based embroidery (Portrait, Pet, Car, etc.) is not covered.
• If the uploaded design belongs to another category, the order amount is non-refundable. The order will be processed only after the applicable additional charges are paid.
• Custom orders require approximately 10–15 business days for production. Express/Air shipping reduces only the delivery time, not the production time.
